With this in mind, there are unexpected delays that can take place due to manufacturing defects, parts delays, and issues with payments. In any of the stated events or events not stated herein, you can rest assured the team here at NightVisionNetwork Inc will work diligently to resolve the matter efficiently.

Returns

NVN customers' orders are unique, each order is manufactured per the customer selections. In such a case, all orders once placed are final unless changes are made within 24 hours of placement. At such time these cases will be reviewed on a case by case basis. There may be a restocking fee assessed.
